  • Click & Collect orders must be collected within 30 days of the order being marked as ready for pickup.

    If a Click & Collect order is not collected within this time, Meraki Lashes & Beauty reserves the right, at our discretion, to:

    • cancel the order without refund
    • return the order to stock
    • or dispose of the goods

    This is due to limited storage capacity and the perishable, hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products.

    We are not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to collect a Click & Collect order within the stated timeframe. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely collection.
