Using the Meraki website

This website is operated by Meraki Lashes & Beauty. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Meraki Lashes & Beauty.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any policies referred to on our website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Eligibility & permitted use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our website, products or services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

You must not introduce malicious code, attempt to interfere with our website or use the website in a way that may harm Meraki, our customers or third parties.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Products & availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and specifications accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches and other factors.

Product availability is not guaranteed and some products may be discontinued, replaced, restocked or temporarily unavailable.

Collection orders

Click & Collect customers must wait until a Ready for Collection confirmation has been sent before attending our collection location.

Orders must be collected within 30 days of being marked Ready for Collection unless another arrangement has been agreed with us.

If an order remains uncollected after this period, we may contact you and take reasonable steps to resolve the uncollected order, which may include returning suitable goods to stock or cancelling the order where permitted by law.

Any action taken in relation to an uncollected order will be subject to applicable consumer law and the individual circumstances of the order.

Dispatch & delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been lodged with a delivery carrier, transit times may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather, customs, regional location or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds & faulty products

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

We are not required to provide a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind, unless we have expressly offered a change-of-mind return.

Your rights for faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods are governed by the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

Your statutory rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Professional & DIY products

Products should be used only as directed and in accordance with any safety, application, storage and aftercare instructions supplied.

Some Meraki products are intended for trained beauty professionals, while others are designed for consumer DIY use. Please check the individual product description before use.

We are not responsible for problems caused by misuse, incorrect application, improper storage or use contrary to supplied instructions, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Promotional offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one discount code may be applied to an order and promotions cannot be combined.

Promotions may have individual eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum spends, expiry dates or product restrictions.

We may amend or end a promotion prospectively, but this does not affect valid orders already accepted under that promotion.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, billing and delivery information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through it.

Meraki content

Unless otherwise stated, website content including branding, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions and designs belongs to Meraki Lashes & Beauty or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or substantially copy our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
