At Meraki Lashes & Beauty, we provide a curated selection of procurement options—including single-purchase professional supplies and subscription-based restocking—to ensure your salon remains fully equipped.
Cancellation Protocol
Standard Order Cancellations
To maintain our commitment to rapid dispatch, cancellations are strictly limited to within 1 hour of purchase. Once this window has closed, your order is prioritised for logistics and cannot be modified or retracted.
To request a cancellation within the hour, please email merakilashesnbeauty@hotmail.com immediately with your order reference.
Subscription Management
Professional subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle. Access your account portal or contact our concierge team via email to manage your recurring orders. Please note that once a subscription cycle has been processed, the resulting order is final.
Bespoke & Pre-Order Items
Given the dedicated nature of Custom and Pre-Order acquisitions, these items are considered final sale. They are ineligible for cancellation, modification, or refund once the order has been placed.
Refunds & Reversals
- Approved cancellations within the eligible timeframe will be reversed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the banking system to reflect the transaction in your account.
- Initial shipping fees remain non-refundable for any cancelled acquisitions.
