Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
- Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

We accept returns within 3 days for defective or damaged items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Orders can be picked up from Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast.
- Pickup hours: Mon-Thu (8 AM - 4 PM) | Fri (8 AM - 2 PM)
- A unique access code for our 24/7 collection box will be emailed once your order is ready.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Orders should be collected within 48 hours. Uncollected orders after 5 days may be restocked without a refund.
