We accept returns within 3 days for defective or damaged items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Yes! Orders can be picked up from Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast.

  • Pickup hours: Mon-Thu (8 AM - 4 PM) | Fri (8 AM - 2 PM)
  • A unique access code for our 24/7 collection box will be emailed once your order is ready.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Orders should be collected within 48 hours. Uncollected orders after 5 days may be restocked without a refund.
