Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase. Beyond this window, our team has already prioritised your shipment for dispatch, and modifications can no longer be executed.

We ship globally from our Sunshine Coast studio. Within Australia, Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, while Express arrives in 1–2. International timeframes vary between 3–9 business days depending on your selected tier.

Yes. All domestic orders exceeding $199 AUD qualify for complimentary standard shipping across Australia.

Once your order is curated, you will receive a unique security code for our secure collection box in Bli Bli. This allows you to collect your supplies at your convenience, any time of day or night.

To ensure we can manage our boutique inventory, we ask that all orders be collected within 30 days. Orders remaining past this window may be returned to stock.
