Every Meraki order is packed from our Bli Bli studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and sent with Australia Post.

We know how frustrating it is waiting for lash supplies, so we aim to pack and lodge orders with Australia Post as quickly as possible.
Orders placed during our studio hours are generally packed the same business day wherever possible.
We make a daily Australia Post drop-off Monday to Friday. Orders placed later in the day may be lodged the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery begins once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. These estimates are a guide only and may vary depending on your location.

Interstate deliveries are generally around 3–6 business days.

Interstate Express deliveries are generally around 1–3+ business days.

Live outside a metro area?
Australia Post delivery estimates are generally based on metro locations. Regional, rural and remote destinations may require additional transit time, even when Express Post is selected.
Express Post is still Australia Post's fastest domestic parcel option, however next-business-day delivery is only available between eligible postcodes within the Express Post network.
Tracking Your Order
Once Australia Post receives your parcel, your tracking information will be emailed to the address used at checkout.
Shipping Addresses
Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, we may not be able to redirect or amend the delivery address.
Shipping FAQ
Does Express Post mean my order is packed immediately?
Express Post refers to the Australia Post delivery service selected after dispatch. Orders are still packed within our normal studio processing hours.
Do you ship on weekends?
Our standard packing and Australia Post drop-offs operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations. Available options and rates will display at checkout.
Can international orders be delayed by customs?
Yes. International delivery estimates do not include customs processing. Customs requirements, duties or local delivery conditions can add additional time.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Tracking is the best place to check your parcel's latest movement. If your parcel appears significantly outside Australia Post's expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we can help you with the next steps.
