How do I move up a tier? +

Your tier is based on annual spend. Pearl is $0–$5k, Opal is $5k–$10k, Diamond is $10k–$15k and Pink Diamond is $15k+.

Do my points expire? +

Yes. Points expire after 12 months.

What happens when I level up? +

Opal includes a $40 level-up bonus, Diamond $60 and Pink Diamond $80. Your points-per-dollar earning rate also increases with your tier.

Do I need to apply for a higher tier? +

No. Your tier updates automatically based on your eligible annual spend.
