Rest assured, we’ll work diligently to have your order ready for collection as quickly as possible. As soon as your items are packed, you’ll receive a notification via email. Once you have this notification, you’re welcome to collect your order at your convenience from our 24/7 collection box.

Please note that access to the collection box requires a unique code, which will be included in your ready-for-collection email.

While we take a well-deserved break on weekends and public holidays, we understand that your needs may not align with our hours. If you require an order during these times, we offer a flat rate of $20 to pack your request on our days off.
