We offer Click & Collect for our Sunshine Coast customers from our Bli Bli location.
Meraki Lashes & Beauty operates as a small, family-run business and orders are packed during the following business hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 4pm
Friday: 8am – 1pm
Closed weekends and public holidays
✨ How Click & Collect Works

Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.

Your order will be packed during business hours.

When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with your unique pickup code.

Collect your order anytime from our 24/7 secure pickup box using the code provided.
Most Click & Collect orders are ready within 24 business hours, however please allow extra time during sales periods, peak seasons and public holiday weeks.
⚡ Express Click & Collect
We offer Express Click & Collect when available for customers who need their order urgently.
This service includes an additional fee and means your order will be prioritised for packing.
While we do our best to prepare express orders as quickly as possible, please note:
Meraki Lashes & Beauty is not a warehouse. We are a family-run business, and express orders are packed within business hours and when realistically possible. This means express service does not guarantee immediate preparation during early mornings, evenings, school runs, family time, or when we are away from the workbench.
We always aim to prepare express orders as fast as we reasonably can.
📦 Collection Timeframe
All Click & Collect orders must be collected within 30 days of the order being marked as ready for pickup.
Due to limited storage space and the hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products, any order not collected within this time may, at our discretion:

be cancelled without refund

or be disposed of
Meraki Lashes & Beauty is not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to collect within the stated timeframe. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup.
