Meraki Lashes & Beauty Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2025

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Meraki Lashes & Beauty Ambassador! By applying and participating in our program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline your responsibilities, rewards, and expectations as an official brand representative.

1. Eligibility

Must have an active and engaged public Instagram account.
Must reside in a country Meraki Lashes & Beauty ships to.

2. Commitment & Promotion Requirements

Ambassadors must regularly promote Meraki Lashes & Beauty in exchange for their exclusive discount code.
You are expected to create and post 1 feed post + 3 stories per week.
You must tag @merakilashesbeauty in all stories, posts, and reels promoting our products.
“Ambassador for @merakilashesbeauty” must be included in your Instagram bio.

3. Order Content Requirements

You must post a photo or video for every order you receive.
This can be as simple as showing your pick-up bag, shipping box, or packaging.
You’ll receive bonus rewards if you show what’s inside your order and explain the products.
Duplicate photos or videos from past orders will not count.

4. Product Review Requirement

You must leave an honest written review on the Meraki Lashes & Beauty website for each product you’ve received or purchased.
Reviews must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Each review must be at least 2–3 sentences long and reflect your genuine experience.

5. Referral Rewards

You’ll receive a unique referral code to share with your audience.
Only first-time customers using your code will count towards your referral milestones.

Referral Milestones:

5 referrals = $25 store credit
10 referrals = 1 free product + $50 store credit
20 referrals = 2 free products + $100 store credit
30 referrals = VIP Status + exclusive perks

6. Content Milestone Rewards

Tutorial/How-To Videos:

5 videos = $25 store credit
10 = +$50 store credit
20 = +$100 store credit + 1 free product
30 = VIP status + PR packages

Unboxing Videos:

5 = $25 store credit

7. VIP Status & Maintenance

Achieved at 30 referrals or 30 content milestones.
VIP perks include permanent 20% discount, early access to launches, PR packages, and exclusive collaboration opportunities.

To maintain VIP status:

Post 1 unboxing/tutorial per month.
Continue weekly content (1 post + 3 stories).
Generate 5 referrals every 3 months.

Failure to meet these will result in VIP removal. Reinstatement possible by meeting updated goals.

8. Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Monthly Bonus:

$50 store credit or PR pack for top performers
Feature on @merakilashesbeauty socials

Quarterly Bonus:

$100 store credit + product bundle
5% bonus discount for next month
Website + social spotlight

Top performers are selected based on consistency, quality, referrals, and engagement.

9. Code Misuse, Exclusivity & Bio Tag Requirement

Referral codes must not be used on your own orders.
Ambassadors must not promote or collaborate with competing brands in the categories of lash extensions, lash glue, lash lift products, DIY lashes, or skincare while participating in the Meraki Lashes & Beauty Ambassador Program.
All active ambassadors must include “Ambassador for @merakilashesbeauty” in their Instagram bio while in the program.

10. Removal from Program

Failure to meet content, review, or referral requirements may result in removal without warning.
We reserve the right to revoke ambassador status at any time.

11. Ambassador Exit Notification

If at any time you wish to step down from the Meraki Lashes & Beauty Ambassador Program, you must notify us in writing via email at merakilashesnbeauty@hotmail.com

You will be removed from our program within 3 business days.

Upon exit, please:

Remove “Ambassador for @merakilashesbeauty” from your bio.
Cease the use of any ambassador discount or referral codes.
You will no longer be eligible for milestone or referral rewards.

12. Agreement By submitting your application, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions. You also agree to actively promote Meraki Lashes & Beauty in exchange for your ambassador discount and rewards.
