Terms & Conditions Educator Program

By joining the Meraki Lashes & Beauty Educator Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure fairness, protect our pricing structure, and maintain the integrity of the program.

Eligibility & Membership

✔ The Educator Program is only available to verified lash and beauty trainers, including those offering training in:
- Lash Extensions
- Lash Lifts
- Brow Training (Lamination, Henna, Tinting, etc.)
- DIY Lash Application Training
- Skincare Training
- ✔ Applicants must provide proof of their educator status, such as:
- A valid lash, brow, or skincare training certification
- A business website or social media page showcasing training services
- An ABN (Australian Business Number) if operating as a registered business
- ✔ Meraki Lashes & Beauty reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

Educator Discounts & Bulk Pricing

✔ The minimum order amount to receive an educator discount is $500.
✔ Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, storewide sales, or coupon codes.
✔ Products purchased with an educator discount must not be resold at a lower price than Meraki Lashes & Beauty’s standard retail pricing.
✔ Misuse of discounts (e.g., sharing discount codes with non-educators) will result in program removal.

Student Discount Program

✔ Educators receive a unique student discount code that offers students 10% off their purchase.
✔ Sharing student discount codes publicly (e.g., social media, forums) is prohibited.
✔ If a student referral is flagged as fraudulent (e.g., educator using codes for personal orders), Meraki Lashes & Beauty reserves the right to revoke all rewards and remove the educator from the program.

Loyalty Rewards & Referral Program

✔ Educators earn store credit or commission when their students place their first order using their unique referral code.

✔ To qualify for commission the student that places the order must be a new customer to our store.
✔ Rewards are credited monthly and can be redeemed for store credit.
✔ Referral rewards are based on student purchases as follows:

Number of Student Orders	Educator Reward
1 - 5 students	5% store credit per order
6 - 10 students	7% store credit per order
11+ students	10% store credit per orders

✔ The Top 3 Educators with the most student referrals each quarter will receive an exclusive gift package with premium products.
✔ Fraudulent activity (e.g., self-referrals, fake student accounts) will result in account suspension and removal from the program.

Order Processing & Shipping

✔ Orders placed under the Educator Program are processed as priority orders.
✔ Free shipping applies to orders over $199 within Australia.
✔ Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items, in accordance with our return policy.

Program Misuse & Termination

✔ Meraki Lashes & Beauty reserves the right to remove any educator from the program if they:

Violate these terms (e.g., misuse discounts, commit referral fraud).
Fail to remain an active lash or beauty educator (e.g., no longer training students).
Engage in behavior that damages the brand reputation of Meraki Lashes & Beauty.
✔ If an educator’s account is terminated, all discounts, referral codes, and rewards will be immediately forfeited.

Program Updates & Changes

✔ Meraki Lashes & Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
✔ Educators will be notified of significant program changes via email.
