We’re delighted to offer convenient weekday pickups at our Bli Bli Sunshine Coast location. Our dedicated team is busy preparing your orders from 9 AM to 4 PM to ensure you have a smooth experience.
Rest assured, we’ll work diligently to have your order ready for collection as quickly as possible. As soon as your items are packed, you’ll receive a notification via email. Once you have this notification, you’re welcome to collect your order at your convenience from our 24/7 collection box.
Please note that access to the collection box requires a unique code, which will be included in your ready-for-collection email.
While we take a well-deserved break on weekends and public holidays, we understand that your needs may not align with our hours. If you require an order during these times, we offer a flat rate of $20 to pack your request on our days off.

To catch our daily shipping truck, please ensure that all orders are placed by 1 PM. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, allowing our dedicated team to recharge and prepare for another week of exceptional service.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that standard post is delivered three times a week. For those who prefer speed and efficiency, we highly recommend opting for express shipping. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to ensure your orders arrive as swiftly as possible!
