Delivery - Your Box will be at delivered at the door at the start of every month. (You will receive an email when it has been sent with tracking number)
Cost- All boxes must be prepaid. When you buy a subscription box either 3,6 or 12 months. The longer subscription the cheaper the box will become.
Orders - Our cut off for orders are the last day of each month. Eg you place order by January 31st you will receive your box first week of February.
Purchase a subscription - Once you purchase a subscription whether it be 3,6 or 12 months you don’t need to do anymore. We will automatically send out your box at the start of every month!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All subscriptions must be paid upfront.
Your box will be sent to your location at the start of every month.
You will receive a shipping notification when its sent via email.
All boxes will be sent for free and delivered right to your door.
All subscriptions are final once paid and no refunds are given.
No further discount can be used on subscriptions boxes that are already discounted.

Returns
In the unlikely event of wishing to return your item you will need to contact us via email at merakilashesnbeauty@hotmail.com and explain why your wish to return or exchange your item. Please note change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a return, refund or exchange.
All returns, refunds and exchanges are dealt with on a case to case bases and any complaint must be by Meraki Lashes & Beauty within 3 days of receiving your product.
