In the unlikely event of wishing to return your item you will need to contact us via email at merakilashesnbeauty@hotmail.com and explain why your wish to return or exchange your item. Please note change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a return, refund or exchange.
All returns, refunds and exchanges are dealt with on a case to case bases and any complaint must be by Meraki Lashes & Beauty within 3 days of receiving your product.
