Returns &Exchanges Terms & Conditions In the unlikely event of wishing to return your item you will need to contact us via email at merakilashesnbeauty@hotmail.com and explain why your wish to return or exchange your item. Please note change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case to case bases and any complaint must be by Meraki Lashes & Beauty within 3 days of receiving your product. If we have agreed on a return item. The customer is liable for the return shipping expense. (Please note we will not accept a return without a discussed email). Once we receive the item back we will investigate the fault.
